Artist Bio:  

Feraye is a visual artist based in Treasure Coast, Florida. She holds an MFA in Fine Arts and a Certificate in Neuroaesthetics from London School of Business and Research, and is currently enrolled in a curatorial practice course at Harvard University. She is also certified as a Sumi-E artist and holds certifications in multiple other artistic modalities. She continues to study, curate, write, and speak about the role of consciousness in art, exploring the subjective aspects of human experience, to highlight the uniqueness of human-made art, particularly in comparison to AI-generated art. 

The main themes in her art are inspired by science, spirituality, and indigenous knowledge. She says making art is a philosophical, spiritual, and magical practice for her. She employs various printing and painting techniques, primarily using ink and watercolor, and incorporates Augmented Reality (AR) technology into some of her art pieces.

Feraye’s work has been exhibited and featured at institutions such as Mass MoCA, Times Square (HMVC Gallery), The Vault Gallery, and Vandernoot Gallery. She is involved in organizations that explore the intersectional nature of art, science, and spirituality, mainly focused on consciousness. She has been a guest speaker on multiple podcasts. She also participates and volunteers in her local cultural alliance. Beyond art, Feraye spends her time reading and writing, dancing (absolutely not professionally, just as a fun workout), taking nature walks, learning about old-fashioned apothecary, cooking, and spiritual practices.
